Your privacy is The Way We Were's (TWWW) priority.
The information that is volunteered to us is used to answer questions and fulfill orders related only to TWWW. We will not share any information about our visitors, unless required to do so by law. Site visitors, upon request, can access any and all information that we maintain about them by contacting us. Site visitors may also request that information collected about them be corrected or deleted.

The Way We Were’s (TWWW) Services are subject to the following Terms of Service and are subject to change. A notice will be posted on the TWWW home page in the event of a terms change.
You (the customer) provide TWWW with all material and/or content for creating your project. By retaining TWWW’s services, you certify that you are the owner of all material and/or content submitted to us, or that you have obtained permission from the copyright owner to use any material and/or content. You are solely responsible for, and assume all copyright liability for all content you submit. TWWW is not liable for your violation of the TWWW Terms of Service. Upon discovery of copyrighted materials, the materials will promptly be returned at your expense.
All content contained within the TWWW website is owned and protected under the Copyright Law of the United States.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged materials or packages. The shipping and handling (S&H) charges to send materials and/or content to us is the responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee shipping delivery times. TWWW is responsible for the packing of the completed product and original materials to be returned to the customer.
Our DVD Slideshows are created on DVD-R 8X media, it is the customer's responsibility to assure that his or her DVD player will play said media. TWWW will not be held liable for assuring that the media will play on the customer's player nor will be held to damages as a result. Customers are given a fourteen (14) day guarantee on all products created and sold by TWWW. All concerns must be communicated to TWWW via mail or email within 30 days after receipt of the product. Any TWWW product or service proven defective will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.
By using TWWW’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service.
